Lifespan Religious Education (LRE) Registration


Children and youth from every family participating in and attending our co-operative RE program must register Registration has two parts: Completion of online registration forms  and coordinating or assisting at least four (4) events in the RE Program each year. LRE Committee members, Coordinators and church staff are exempt from assisting with events. To opt out of participating, families may contribute $50 at the completion of registration.

Part I - Registration Form Instructions

Parents and caregivers of children and youth participating in the RE program need to complete a Religious Education Registration form.  One form needs to be completed for every four (4) participants.

Part II - Family Participation

Parents and caregivers work in collaboration with members of the LRE Committee and other RE families when organizing or assisting and event. Descriptions of each event are provided in the LRE Prospectus. Families who sign up for to serve an RE event are responsible for finding replacements or substitutes to serve in their place.

If your family has to decided to contribute $50 in lieu of adopting events, please make checks payable to "UUCLB" and write "RE Registration" in the memo section.
